1.python安装后无法在Windows PowerShell中执行

Windows下正常安装了python，并配置了Path，但还是不能正常打开，是因为PowerShell有自己的环境变量添加方式

打开PowerShell输入:

$env:path="$env:Path;C:/PRogram files/Python27（your python path）"
